Build real strength, control, and confidence on the pole. Pole Sport focuses on tricks, holds, spins, and combinations using both static and spinning pole. You'll develop grip strength, core stability, and upper body power while learning impressive skills at your own pace. Every class includes a warm-up, technique drills, and time to practice.

You'll work on splits, hip openers, shoulders, and back flexibility through guided stretching sequences. Suitable for everyone - whether you want to improve your pole skills, recover from training, or simply feel more comfortable in your body.

Studio space and poles are available for you to use at your own pace. Perfect for students preparing for performances, competitions, or personal goals.

aerial yoga & Yoga
A unique yoga practice using soft fabric hammocks suspended from the ceiling. The hammock supports your body weight, allowing you to decompress the spine, deepen stretches, and experience poses from a completely new perspective. Aerial Yoga builds core strength, improves balance, and creates a sense of lightness and play. No yoga or aerial experience needed.

A high-energy dance class focused on hip isolation, booty movements, and rhythm. Twerk builds glute strength, improves coordination, and is seriously fun. You'll learn choreography combining twerk technique with freestyle expression. No dance background needed just a willingness to move and let go.
